Summary: When Wolfram and Hart open a portal to hell in LA, Xander comes back and finds himself coming online during the battle. In the aftermath, he meets Tony DiNozzo and saves the man’s life. In doing so he finds a new mission, a mate, and a new enemy.

The next day Xander started the day by having his kids all come find him and Graham so that they could have breakfast together and Xander decided then that he was going to spend the day with the kids. If no one liked it, well that was their problem. His kids needed the reassurance that spending time with him would give him and his kids came before everything and everyone, thankfully Graham thought the same.
Harry and Neville needed to know that they were important to the two men and their new siblings. The only person who commented about their plans was Buffy and it was to ask if she could spend time with them as well. Xander immediately agreed, Willow, Giles, Spike, Angel, Faith, Oz, Riley and Sam Finn, and Ethan all ended up with them off and on during the day.
Xander was amused to see how Faith and Spike were still circling one another and he was happy to see Buffy and Angel, Willow and Oz were finally getting the happy ending that they deserved. The fact that neither Spike nor Angel were vampires anymore helped the issue as he knew that being vampires was what held them apart before.
Xander rolled onto his back and cuddled a sleeping Harry to his chest and looked over and Neville, who was being held by Wednesday. “Would you guys like to hear about one of my visions?” He asked suddenly, Jack O’Neill and Daniel Jackson were in the room along with John, Tony, Rodney, and Ronon.
With Giles and Jim talking about the next stages between the Slayers Council and the Sentinel and Guide Council. With the girls all being Sentinels as well as Slayers the Councils needed to work together to help them find their mates, but also help train the girls in their senses. The Slayers could be taught weapons as they had inherited memory there and with fighting styles, but controlling their senses was a struggle that the SC had come up against many times.
“I do!” Rodney said immediately. He liked that Xander trusted them with his children enough to have the meetings that needed to happen in the creche. Truth be known he just liked Xander period and the rest of the SC as well. Rodney was looking forward to getting to know them more, especially with the portal that they were going to open so that the members of the Expedition could come back to Earth more often and that they would be able to get supplies easier.
“I had a vision where the City rested in a large bay near a large landmass, on it the SC had developed the land and had a colony going. It was a mix of military, civilians, and magickals. There were children everywhere, children who came from earth to be adopted by people from Pegasus. Most of these children were gifted or street children. We were all happy and we were safe there.” Xander told them as he rubbed circles on Harry’s back.
The adults, minus Graham, all stared at him in shock. “Seriously?” Tony asked as he stared at Xander in wonder.
Xander nodded his head, “It will happen soon, even with the threat of the Wraith this planet was a safe haven. I know it’s shocking, but it will give us a place to go and it will also be a place where we can bring in children to be adopted, children no one else wants. The Pegasus Galaxy is full of people who want children.” Xander told them as he slowly sat up.
“I wouldn’t have had this vision if it wasn’t meant to happen and it didn’t come with the pain or illness of the others. I think it came from Hera and the other Mother Goddesses. The Gods hate that we have so many children in this realm that no one loves or wants to have anything to do with.” Xander told the still shocked group.
Xander looked over to where Spike and Faith were sitting side by side. Even though Xander knew their relationship was more about comfort than anything else, he thought that they looked good together. Xander could only hope that Faith’s mate was on Atlantis the way that Spike’s was there waiting for him to come.
At the moment Spike was holding Anny and Faith was holding Ryan. In fact, all of the adults, including Tony, were holding a child. Xander knew that it was what they needed with all of the blood, death, and despair of the last few weeks. They needed a tangible proof of what they fought for and what they had still in the face of so much needless death. Xander knew because it was what he needed.
“So do the Gods have any idea how we’re going to get kids from Earth to the Pegasus Galaxy?” Jack asked after a few minutes of cuddling Belle Harris, it was times like this that he missed Charlie. His son was in Guide School at the moment and Jack had talked to him just the night before, plus Jack’s Clone was at the school with Charlie so Jack knew his son was safe and happy.
Sara had also called Jack the night before to make sure that Jack and Daniel were alright. Jack always considered himself lucky to have a woman who was his friend as much as she was the mother of his son. Their marriage may not have worked out but they were a unit, a unit that included Daniel, at Sara’s insistence. She had been happy for Jack when he and Daniel had met and bonded even though it was the last straw that broke their marriage, she was in fact the one that insisted that Jack stop ignoring the younger man and stop being an idiot about taking a Guide.
Sara and Daniel had a great relationship and Charlie adored Daniel. Jack was pulled back to the present by the arrival of one of the most beautiful women he had ever seen in his life. “We will be bringing the children to you once the Council finishes setting up Haven.” Hera told them with a soft smile.
“Hello Hera.” Xander said as he stood with a bright smile. She smiled as Xander handed Harry to her. She pressed a kiss to the boy’s brow and reached out to repeat the gesture with the rest of Xander’s children, even the teenagers, as they swarmed around them to greet the Mother Goddess and ruler of Olympus. “Thank you for coming.”
“It is no problem I understand that this is a subject that needs to be fully explained before we can begin to bring the children to their new home. It also gives me a chance to be with you, Graham, and the children.” Hera told him as they all moved to sit down with her still holding the sleeping Harry.
“Don’t be alarmed if Harry sleeps a great deal for a while. He went through healing before he was brought to you, his relatives had bradley mistreated him including starving him and in return his magick. Most of what you read in the books didn’t happen, but Harry and Neville were both in dire straits when they were rescued and Albus Dumbledore had made sure that their parents were dead so that he could use them to their own ends.” Hera told them solemnly.
“What about the War and Voldemort?” Graham asked worried.
“Voldemort is dead and so are most of his followers, it was the last act that the Potters and the Longbottoms did to protect their sons, but Harry and Neville will be archmagus when they fully grow into their powers and Albus didn’t want the competition so he broke multiple laws to get the children in the control of abusive guardians. Sirius and Remus Lupin were killed early in the fighting and so was Neville’s grandmother.” Hera told him a look of sadness on her face. “The other children in the books are safe now, though we wish to bring Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger here. They couldn’t be raised as siblings with Harry and Neville as they are actually their mates.”
“How do their parents treat them?” Faith asked as she frowned slightly.
“Hermione is not abused but she is neglected and Draco has a nanny elf, but rarely sees his mother. His father died in the battle that killed Voldemort.” Hera told her honestly.
“That can do just as much damage to a kid as what Harry and Neville went through. I should know, my Ma barely noticed I was alive some days.” Faith shrugged at the looks she was getting. She rarely talked about her life before coming to Sunnydale.
“Faith’s right, however, it is really up to you guys to decide if they should come here. I would like to say that it would be better in the long run for them to be safe, happy, and well cared for, but again not my choice.” Xander said with a slight shrug.
Meanwhile Rodney and Ronon were having one of their eyebrow conversations and John was smirking. Tony raised an eyebrow and then grinned when Rodney spoke up. “We want them!” Rodney blurted the words out and Hera smiled brightly at the pair.
“Very well.” Hera said with a nod. A few minutes later Ares and Apollo arrived with the two three year olds. Ronon took a deep breath and Rodney trembled slightly before Hermione was placed in his arms and Draco in Ronon’s arms. Hermione wrapped her arms around Rodney’s neck and cuddled close to him, while Draco lay his head on Ronon’s shoulder and looked around the room in quiet compilation.
“Their beautiful.” Dawn murmured, “Their magick is so pure, like the other kids’s magick.”
They all blinked when four small creatures appeared beside a pile of belongings. “We not want Master Harry, Master Neville, Mistress Hermione, and Master Draco not to have their things and their family belongings. Now that Master Harry be with a real Daddy we can be bringing his stuff. I’m Dobby, this be Winky, she’s my mate. That be Dotty, she be a nanny elf and so is Rocky, Rocky belong to Master Harry. Me and Winky was won by Lady Potter from our previous Masters and Rocky was Lord Potter’s Nanny Elf.” The one name Dobby said with a big smile.
“We be helping take care of the children now.” Rocky said thrilled with so many little ones in the room.
Everyone turned as one to look at Xander who smiled innocently at all of them. “Didn’t I mention that we would have a lot of house elfs coming to our realm?”
“Still my favorite!” Rodney blurted out, causing everyone, including the three Gods to laugh.
